How Stoa pricing works
Most team tools charge for each person, so the bill grows every time someone joins. Stoa charges one price for a team up to a certain size. A team of four on the Small plan pays the same as a team of six. You only change plans when the team grows past the size of the plan it is on.
Every plan includes the same product. There are no feature tiers: the week board, plans for tomorrow, the tomorrow check, team tomorrow, suggestions, overtime, notifications, CSV import, the calendar feed, and shared week links are on every plan. The only difference between plans is how many people the team can have.

The launch price
Launch pricing. The first 50 teams keep their price for life. The number on each plan is that price. It is not a discount off a higher one, and it does not go up later for those teams.
Who counts toward your team size
Everyone on the team counts, including the owner, managers, and group leaders, because everyone in Stoa plans their own day. People you have added as placeholders but who have not signed in yet also count, so you can set up the team before inviting everyone.
The free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. You do not need a card to start. Near the end of the trial, Stoa shows the owner a short summary of how the team used it, so the decision is based on your own two weeks. If the trial ends before you choose a plan, the team becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and the owner can pick a plan at any time to carry on. You can also explore a demo workspace with a sample team before you sign up.
Billing questions
No. Each plan is one price for a team up to a size: 2, 6, 10, 15, or 30 people. Adding the fourth person to a Small team does not change the bill.
Everyone on the team counts, including the owner, managers, group leaders, and people you added who have not signed in yet.
Stoa tells you when the team is full and names the next plan. The owner changes the plan on the Billing page, and nobody loses their plans or history.
A year costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free: $99.90, $249.90, $349.90, $490, or $890 a year.
